About the Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our team, providing essential support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Event Management: Manage logistics for conferences, workshops, and other events, including coordinating with vendors, speakers, and attendees .
- Project Support: Assist with research and project tasks as assigned, including data analysis, report writing, and communication with collaborators .
- Administrative Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including writing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
- Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and in person.
Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and project management tools.
